Maintenance Contracts

Scheduled Laser Cleaning. Predictable Costs. Zero Downtime.
Recurring maintenance prevents costly emergency repairs and extends equipment life. Lock in preferred rates and priority scheduling across NJ, NY, and PA.

Why Scheduled Beats Reactive

The average facility experiences 25 unplanned downtime incidents per month, totaling 326 hours of lost production per year (OxMaint 2026 FM benchmark). Emergency repairs cost 4.8x more than planned maintenance. A frame rail that costs $200 to clean today costs $5,000+ to replace next year. A mold that takes 4 hours to laser-clean on schedule takes 16 hours to restore after a production-stopping buildup failure.
Reactive surface maintenance follows a predictable and expensive pattern: ignore the problem until it affects production or safety, then scramble to find a contractor, wait in the shop queue, pay rush pricing, and absorb the downtime. Every step in that chain costs more than the scheduled alternative.

Our maintenance contracts convert this reactive cycle into a scheduled, budgeted line item. We arrive on a fixed calendar, clean the agreed-upon scope, document the condition, and leave. Your equipment stays in production. Your vehicles stay on the road. Your budget stays predictable.

What Gets Cleaned on a Maintenance Visit

Each visit is scoped to your specific equipment and facility. Common maintenance cleaning targets include production molds (injection, compression, stamping), weld fixtures and positioners, heat exchanger tubes and fins, conveyor rollers and chain guides, press tooling and die surfaces, and structural steel in corrosive environments.
For fleet operations: truck frames, suspension components, undercarriage, and cab/body rust spots. For marine: hull waterlines, running gear, exhaust systems, and deck hardware. For property managers: facade sections, entrance canopies, parking structures, and signage.
Every visit includes a condition assessment. We photograph and document the state of each surface before and after cleaning. Over multiple visits, this creates a trending record that helps your maintenance team predict when components need repair or replacement before they fail in production.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our standard contracts run quarterly (4 visits per year). We also offer monthly contracts for high-demand facilities and annual contracts with monthly visits. There is no multi-year commitment required, though multi-year contracts receive additional rate discounts.
We start with a free on-site assessment. We inspect every surface in the agreed scope, photograph current conditions, estimate cleaning time per visit, and propose a tier and schedule. The estimate includes a per-visit rate and an annual total. No surprises.
Standard contracts include 48-hour emergency response. Premium contracts include 24-hour priority response. Emergency visits are billed at your contract rate, not ad-hoc pricing. Premium clients get 10% off any work outside the contract scope.
Yes. Our Custom tier is designed for multi-facility operations. We create a rotation schedule across your locations, provide consolidated billing and reporting, and apply volume discounts based on total annual hours across all sites.
Manufacturing plants (mold cleaning, weld fixture maintenance, structural steel), fleet operations (quarterly frame and undercarriage cleaning), marine yards (seasonal hull and component cleaning), and commercial property managers (annual facade and infrastructure maintenance). Any operation with surfaces that corrode, foul, or accumulate buildup on a predictable cycle benefits from scheduled laser cleaning.
Yes. Contracts adjust quarterly. If your production volume changes, your fleet grows, or your facility needs shift, we re-scope at the next quarterly review. No cancellation penalties on standard contracts.
